Need an average attatck speed figure calculated for a guide, but can't figure it out.

Parameters:

16 Dagger Mastery (so 1.33 sec/atk, and 32% chance to Double Strike)
Agressive Refrain (25% IAS)
Locust's Fury (33% DS)

So it's 16 Dagger Mastery, 65% Chance to Double Strike, and a 25% IAS. What's the attack speed in atk/sec?

1.64 Attacks per second roughly

here's the way to calculate:

(1)attacks/sec: 1.33 sec/atk * 0.75 (IAS, 25% less time needed) -> 0.99 sec/atk
(2)hits/atk: 1+0.33+0.32 = 1.65

(2)*(3) ~1.64 hits/sec

I would try to not call this the number of "attacks" but the number of hits if I were to write a guide. People are already confused enough with all this virtually increased attack speed and start mixing it up when using dagger attack skills.
